The 2 mods are compatible, including Fusion Recolors (which is perfectly compatible). Some parts of the outfit that you removed may reappear when you change outfits.
Don't panic, to solve this : If the item in the outfit you removed reappears, change your hairstyle and then equip/unequip the outfit. Sometimes, simply equipping one hairstyle (base game) and another (dlc) can change the outfit. It's up to you to try the combinations to make it work.I don't really know by what black magic makes this work, but it should refreshes the in-game mesh with the mod.
Works normally at 100% but you can also quit the game with the fusion outfit equipped on your character and redeploy the mod if you are using Vortex.
It would conflict with any that also edit the mesh for the Fusion suit. What file are you trying to use? I'll check it and see if there's any problems on my end.
Is the Engine stuff on her back removable? I saw another mod do it, idk if they had to do anything extra other than just hiding the mesh. Would appreciate that as an option, I hate all them Engine parts on any of the outfits
