This is great, any idea if there's ways to maybe mod to keep her eyes closed when she dies? Would make this perfect. Would love to request it from someone if it's possible.
I was actually thinking the same—for folks who find the post-death lingering a bit too drawn out, an option to fade out right after Eve hits the ground makes sense. Thanks to UUU, we can control how long you get to appreciate fallen Eve in real time, so adding this option is pretty reasonable. I was torn between making it 5 seconds or 6… but hey, it only takes a minute to build the mod, so I'll just put out the 5-second version for now. Enjoy staring at Eve getting wrecked in comfort.
At long last, a mod that dares to give intellectuals such as myself the sacred time required to absorb the silent tragedy embedded within the post-defeat sequence. The weight of form collapsing, the nuanced tension of joints surrendering to gravity. it’s not just animation, it’s kinetic sculpture. The added 10 seconds offer a rare space to study digital anatomy, light behavior, and the emotional topography of rendered despair. Any perceived fixation on a particular camera angle is, of course, purely coincidental and entirely academic in nature. 🍑🧐
1. “Why is the delay fixed at 10 seconds?” Because this is a mod, not a dynamic setting. If you want to freely control the delay time, just use UUU. It's built for that. This one’s for lazy people (like me) who want it always-on.
2. “There’s some issue with the WB Pump (revival item)?” Yeah, that’s tricky. I looked into it myself, but honestly, it’s a pain. Maybe someone smarter (or luckier) than me will figure it out someday. Also, don’t expect too much—the blur effect might be baked in by the engine itself.
Extra Note on the WB Pump Yes, there’s a known issue when a WB Pump is available. No, I didn’t fix it—because it’s incredibly annoying to deal with.
To be clear: This isn’t a simple timing tweak. You’re looking at engine-blurred transitions, weird condition flags, and possibly obfuscated logic buried in uassets. It might be solvable through deep asset analysis… or it might not be solvable at all. Who knows? Either way, I’m the kind of person who finds it too much effort to even press the HUD toggle key in UUU. So if you’re expecting me to chase this down—please don’t.
Well just got die once at NG+ it's very easy get the gold back honestly should only able use it once only as long as you don't rest... Hopefully figures a work around for WB pump

any way to make it not fixed 10 seconds but instead make original prompt transparent until you press a button?

Do you think it would also be possible to unblur the game over screen when having a WB pump in inventory ?
