I read the comments and realized that the mod does not remove the game's restriction on hiring only 9 people. This is... sad. Considering how old the game is, this problem will probably never be solved. No, using the Community Editor is not an option, the interest is in finding people during missions.
I am using core i9 10 gen, with rtx 3060, and 32 gb ram can u tell me where is the problem? though, am sure my spec is dicent enough handling all the latest games easily
It's nothing to do with performance, the game doesn't like to activate multiple audio channels of the same type on some hardware. I personally have never had any of the audio issues, but enough people mentioned that after adding more survivors (past the default hard cap of 12) they lose audio at and around their bases. You can remove survivors or edit the voices to try gaining more rendered survivors before the audio issues happen, but the only solution that we could discover was to limit the number of survivors rendered. (Most likely the reason undead labs limited the number of survivors that could be rendered.)
Somehow this mod is stopping Parking Lot AIO uploaded by T1maniac from working; when this mod is installed I am unable to access the parking lot utilities. :)
I have 13 survivors and whenever i call in a cleo drop from the cleo relay it fails everytime. However when i remove on survivor from my community (total now 12) it works fine. Re add the survivor to the community and the Cleo relay fails again.
Hey man I am using this mod on Bridge Fort and only about 20 - 25 people are rendered at once. I have 34 in total. Is it because the base is too small?
Hey ZODC137, how's it going? So, I installed this mod thinking it would let me recruit more than 9 members from my legacy, but it turns out it only allows more than 9 members to be active, not recruitable, as mentioned in angrytwilight's comment. I'd love to request a new mod that lets us recruit more than 9 members from our Legacy. I'm really eager to have all my Red Talon members in a separate community, creating a group similar to the Military characters without using the Community Editor to import.Do you think you could create a mod like that? I'm pretty sure the entire community, myself included, would be over the moon about it.Thanks a bunch!
Hello! I'm using this mod and my community is already 9 people. I can't recruit new survivors by radio. How do I know this mod is taking effect in game?
This mod has nothing to do with recruiting survivors. It allows the game to render (make visible) more survivors. By default the game wouldn't render more than 9.
If you want to have more than 9 survivors, check out the community editor. It has the import feature, using it, you can have as many survivors in your community as you would like.
Noticed off the bat that only a number of rendered survivors would have audible interacting responses when using this mod. Does this happen to everyone else too? My hunch is that the limit is still recognized when it comes to interactions. Great mod by the way and thanks so much!
I have a version that fixes that issue. It limits the max number of survivors to 30 but also stops the audio issues. I am testing it to see if there's a better way to fix the issue. If I can't find a different way I will release the fix I currently have.

Any way around this.
How are you able to recruit 25 people?
Do you have to send the others to your legacy pool?
