Changes suppressors to be more quiet, not reduce weapon range or drain durability faster *Broken and needs updating but I don't know how*

Modifies the stats of supprssors. Suppressors now no longer drain weapon durability faster nor do they reduce range, they also are quieter overall.

Handmade Suppressor reduces sound by 50%
Professional Suppressor reduces sound by 60%
Advanced Suppressor reduces sound by 75%
Compensating Suppressor reduces sound by 85%
