Install the mod using KaiHeilos' Mod Manager
Mod Overview
Starter characters are guaranteed to have a primary and secondary gun, accompanied with varied amount of ammo for the gun.
They will also start with potent stims and pain killers. Items to refuel and repair vehicles. And a random rucksack.
The mod also works with Heartland.
