Install the mod using KaiHeilos' Mod Manager
Mod Overview
Makes vision at night better.
Between 7pm and 5am [In-game time] you will be given the Zed Eye buff.
10 seconds or so, after 5am, the Zed Eye buff will be removed.
[Buff may not trigger properly when in a vehicle]
