• STILL A VERY RARE CHANCE OF FREAK SPAWN

  I am aware that freaks still spawn on very rare occasions. It does not appear that you can entirely remove them from the game. However, this mod will still at the very least bring their presence down TREMENDOUSLY! I'm going to be testing some other methods of editing the pak files. I'll post it as an update if they work.
