I have noticed some improvement with the enclave inventories, but so far it hasn't been anything major (nothing I'd consider a cheat). One issue I had was an enclave was selling an item that was blank (0 inf purchase price, no icon/image, no description, no scrap value, etc). Not sure what the item was supposed to be, no big deal, but maybe a sign that it needs an update soon?
