   Thanks a lot. This continues to work in Update 29
   steam installation path :
    c:\Users\name PC\AppData\Local\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Cooked\WindowsNoEditor\StateOfDecay2\Content\Characters\Human\Actions\
   and in the Actions folder there should be a HumanFallingActionImpl file

   Placed it where you said and nothing changed. Still take fall damage. Even restarted the game as well.

      I've made mod for SOD2 Update 25 and I just checked mod at Update 26, it works. May be you've installed it into wrong place? 
      
      If you have steam version path should be: 

      %localappdata%\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Cooked\WindowsNoEditor

      
      If you have windows version

      %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.Dayton_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\StateOfDecay2\Saved\Cooked\WindowsNoEditor
