   so I've tried installing this mod (through Vortex with the extension installed, as suggested by the mod manager creator) and it shows as installed/enabled but it is not working.  Go to the closet and just shows the two "regular/normal" trenchcoats I have unlocked, none of the extra ones this mod is supposed to add.

   Pretty awesome, will other players on multiplayer also see me with those colors ?

      No, this mod is not multiplayer compatible. If you want other people to see the outfits they have to have the mod installed.
      
      And there's absolutely no way to make it compatible with multiplayer. Sod2
      doesn't allow us to push the custom assets to other people's games.
