   Somehow this mod blocks or removes the outpost upgrade button and when I enter the game it gives a pop up teaser about an upcoming update such as plague influence and outpost upgrade coming soon, meaning it kinda edits or blocks the game file update about plague influence and outpost upgrades.
   Then again the mod was last updated July and alot were added in august or september update..
