    its a set loot list u get the same loot and its not very good basically infinite medkits might as well cheat

    now on version 28 up-to-date, is it working fine?It is not clear what exactly changes the mod.
    What exactly are loot lists allowed for ?

    I get a crash to desktop on the first heart you go destroy. Not sure if its the new update as I am using this mod for the first time. Just wanted to give the author a heads up.

      Can confirm, crashes just as the first plague heart is killed now. Any chance of an update? I miss this mod
