1st. I see that this adds a facility mod slot for all buildings, does this include the Parking spots?
I ask because I'm interested in using this mod, as well as your Parking Custom mod as well, but I see that you have two versions of the Parking Custom mod, one that includes a 'facility slot' and one without, if I want to use "More Materials and Mods" and "Parking Custom", which one handles the facility mod slot for the parking spots?
2nd. My second question is that in the 'Files' section of this mod I see one file that is 'More Materials' and another one that is 'More Mods'. Do I need to download both? or the 'more mods' already includes the more-materials one as well?

I've downloaded a bunch of your mods, regarding my questions above I'll leave some answers below:
1st. If you are using the 'More mods' file from this mod page, the mod manager says it doesn't have conflicts with the Parking Custom mod that also adds a facility mod slot, so that's good to know.
2nd. The 'More materials' and 'More mods' both seem to be separate, meaning if you want both changes in your game you need to download both. In my case, since I'm also interesting in using the mod 'Forge Custom', that one does seem to conflict with the 'More materials' file, so I ended up just going with Forge Custom because I like those changes, Lethal is already punishing enough so I don't think 'More materials' will really be needed in my playthrough.
Leaving the info above in case it helps anyone else, thanks for the mods Babajkov, I'll go try now if they are working (hopefully they are), and will be back later to endorse the mods I've downloaded.

3.If you want to use my forge mod, just put it before the conflicting mods.
Minor request if I may (if you don't feel like doing this don't worry, I know it can be annoying when people request specific features or mods).
Would you be able to make an optional file (or maybe publish it as a separate mod maybe?) that adds the Haven Capsule (requirement item in order to build the Haven Device) to the Prestige Trader that sells Red Talon prefabs? Maybe it could be added for the same prestige cost as the CLEO Core item (4000 prestige), I've been looking for a mod that specifically adds that but I can't seem to find any unfortunately, so I figured I should ask you in case you feel like doing it. If not, no worries, and thanks for your help so far. :)
