   If anyone using UE4.13.2 can't open drop down menu or cant right click, try setting your windows 10 in high contrast mode. I tried reinstalling drivers, reset my settings, editing registry and only high contrast worked.
   Also, no idea what to do with this tool, add a description maybe?

   if anyone wants use this to create a mod for sod2 then heres a tutorial use engine version 4.13.2 instead though.
