+200% parts rate
+400% broken weapon parts rate
+100% gun mods rate
Items rates that can be found on specific sites:
+100% ammo rate on military sites
+300% ammo press facility mod rate on military and gun shop sites
+200% repair tool rate on autoshop site
+500% food resource rate on esspresso shop site
+300% medical facility mod rate on clinic , hospital and phamacy sites
+200% healing items rate on clinic , hospital and phamacy sites
+200% stamina items rate on restaurant sites
+100% skill books rate on any house sites
+200% random facility mods rate on any house and warehouse sites
+200% homemade gun mods rate on personal gun storage sites
+400% skill books rate on library site
Mostly you will get 1 - 3 per loot
There is small chance to get item 4 - 6 per loot
And very small chance that called "JACKPOT" to get 10+ on loot
