I can't really tell if this mod does it or not (bad eyesight) but does this reshade also remove the film grain effect? There are a couple other mods that do but I like the way this one looks but I'd hate to dl it only for the grain effect to still be there, (or at the least be compatible with another mod that *just* removes the effect). Keep up the good work!
It is compatible with any mod, it is a reshade preset so it does not change any game files that could cause incompatibility with mods, did you install it correctly?, in the reshade settings tab you can put a key that deactivates and activates the preset in the game and you will see what will change
