So it ran good for me and got me all the unlocks, maybe two weeks after all of my visual settings were undone. Game acted like it was my first time playing. Went to Daybreak again and the mod was not working anymore. So maybe what happens is the game will reset everything, so I did remove the folder and put the paks mod folder into another named folder in my documents to use it again later. I believe that is all you have to do, remove it, and place it again. I will try doing so when I want to go on another run in Daybreak. So take advantage while you have it installed, worked enough to beat and get all unlocks.
I decided to look into mods for Daybreak, I have only played solo, and beat the fourth wave last year, that's how far I had gotten. I can say the mod still works, I made sure to create the paks folder, I just copied and pasted the windows version to bring up that section, made a folder and copied and pasted the files from the zip folder. Seeing it done and doing it yourself are completely different, so many Juggs the last couple of waves, and they will just keep on beating on the wall unless you kill them. I share the sentiment for an earlier comment, Thank You so much, and may you have Good Fortune in Health and Wealth. Not the same words they used, but Thank You nonetheless! No shame in using this mod to beat Daybreak solo or with friends, it's for you to enjoy and not stay frustrated. One day I will try again without the mod to beat it solo, but for now, this mod will help me beat it several more times!
