    Please, do not post or ask for help here for any problems you may be having with SweetFX. This forum is only about the actual mod (SweetFX settings for gamma, shadows, contrast and filters)!

    My mod is offered "as is". If it doesn't work for you, and you haven't found a solution on internet, then, please uninstall the mod the same way you installed it, it and get used in playing your game without it!

    People who said to rename it... doing this you just literally disabling sweetfx (this mod)... what are you thanking for, lmao?

    to fix the dx11 problem try changing dxgi.dll to d3d12.dll . Doing so fixed the issue for me.

    After installing the mod, my game doesn't start... After executing the exe file, a black box appeared on the middle of the screen, and then it's gone... Please help...

    So... it dont work on Windows 8, 8.1 and 10? Sadly.
    Update. WIN10 users rename the dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll (solves the problem "DX11 Required")

      If changing the 'dxgi.dll' to 'd3d11.dll' doesn't work then try changing it to 'd3d12.dll'. Doing so fixed the issue for me.

      I'm guessing the name change depends on whether your gpu supports dx 11 or 12, but I'm no expert.

    I have installed SweetFX before with other games, so I'm fairly confident I've installed this correctly.

    Whenever I try to launch the game, I get an error message that reads " DX11 Required " and then another window stating a .dmp file has been created.

    I'm running the YOSE version.

    Any help on this please?

      Same thing happened to me because I'm using dx12. Run dxdiag and see if you have dx11 or dx12.

    I tried to install this mod today using NMM and get the following error:

    "This package does not meed the layout standards for State of Decay mods, which is not supported."

    Any idea what's going on here?

      ENB's and Sweet FX mods aren't installed by mod managers, you have to do them manually because they use a different folder.
