This is my custom edit of the missions files from Expanded Mission Timers v01 by SwissArmyKnife, which makes all types of rucksacks worth 15 units. I think that's realistic, rucksacks are big. Note: with this and the rtsevents patch you will not need to install Expanded Mission Timers first.
