Removed all Countexisting flags from rtsevents. I hope this means ammo will not reset at 120.
Made some changes to specializations. Couldn't do what I wanted so I did what I could. More to come.
Made copies of my failed attempts to get expertise to give or evolve traits.
Further increased recharge timer on outpost traps to 15 minutes. Meaning you each night you will only have 1 trap per outpost.
Increased sprint speed
Further increase to sound of sprinting. Sprinting is now louder the rucksacks.
Further increased agro distance.

Added two upgrades to bedrooms for 16 and 24 beds. So this was a lot of repetitive stuff and I had to go over everything a few times to test it so I might not have got all the setting or info right. The values should be fine though.

Pastor Will has found a crossbow and is looking for a red dot sight. (Forgot to put in readme)

Reworked specializations.
Added new unique shotgun Xaraki (burst mode only) for later use. You can find it in the files.

Explosives are twice as loud and twice as big.
Molotovs are twice as big and last twice as long.
Airstrikes are twice as big and loud. Tried to double delay till it explodes but not sure if it works.
Added Fortitude Bases and test fix by Phacops
Added Silenced shotguns v0-2 by biz edited for Evolution. Sound is only reduced by half.
Removed ability to chamber bullets as it looks silly and is not needed.
Reduced clip size of light machine guns with 100 to 50.
Added ability to use silencer on revolver. They only reduce the sound distance by half. Note: untested
Removed shinyness from storage lockers with optional part of NoShiningStuff by CymanPhoenix full mod in recommended section.
Reduced cool down of building outposts and calling to supplies to 1m.

The character that started with 100 ammo for lmg now starts with 50
Story Mode
Port to story mode. (Just made sure I could start it. No other testing.)
Changed consumable stack size to vanilla because there was a bug with more then 4.

Increased Influence and Moral gained from clearing infestations.
Reduced Moral gained from killing a horde attacking your base with outpost traps.
Increased Influence gained for actively killing a horde attacking your base.
Added variety to items given from supply runs.
Added UL_Arrow to ammo definitions for future work.
Changed a few things in UL_Arrow.xml will work more on it later. Trying to make explosive arrows for stryker crossbow.

Made Zombies even more aggressive.
Cleaned up Bloat entries in expertise.xml and added all classes to appropriate areas. File had like 22k lines of code before clean up lol. Original file only has 10k lines.
Substantial changes to Specialization system. Read about them below.

Changed both the grenade launchers and the crossbow to explosive expertise for future work.
Changed xp for weapons masteries. Now double what basic expertise require.

Slightly increased health gained from healing items to compensate for delay.
Height damage now starts higher then before.
Reduced wear levels for melee weapons to half what it was.
Changed revolver silencers to attach at the end of the gun. Sometimes this means the silencer will be hovering in the air. So.....
Added an optional mod to remove silencer graphics from revolvers but keep the noise reduction.
Reduced stay time of thermite and slightly reduced the graphic size. The radius may not be the same as the graphic.
Doubled damage taken from jumping out of fast cars.
Increased stamina regain from rage.
Reduced insta health gain from meds.
Increased regen rate from the top tier meds.
Lower tier meds like aspirin are ineffective and higher tier meds like methadon will almost full heal you over a short duration of about 10 ish seconds. I was unable to find a way to increase the duration:(.
Increased the range of damage zombies will do to you.
Added a range for possible reduction to max hp when downed. I doubled max and lowered min a bit.
