I can only find mods to increase car inventory for breakdown - is there any for the story mode? Nothing worse than only having 6 slots in a car - even better, in state of decay 2 someone made a mod where you can transfer stuff from the boot of a car from anywhere on the map even if you are not back at base - anyone up for the challenge for creating it for this game?
Download the mod from Nexus and open it. Inside the mod's folder, you will find the "class3.1" subfolder (or "class3.2", it doesn't matter). Create a copy of it, and rename it "class3" and keep it in the same place where you found "class3.1" (or "class3.2"). Then install the mod into your game as usual per instructions, and then launch your game. Load into your Story mode and now, all the Story Mode cars should have more cap and durability. Enjoy!
For those who seek to understand how SoD1 YOSE works: The game has 3 folders: class3 for Story. class3.1 for Breakdown. class3.2 for Lifeline.
The reason this mod didn't work for Story Mode, is because it only had class3.1 and class3.2 folders (Breakdown and Lifeline respectively). The mod author apparently forgot to create a class3 folder (Story), hence why the mod's changes didn't work for your Story Mode's cars!
I noticed that there are two mods currently increasing the capacity of the vehicles for the YOSE version (including this one), but both work only with BREAKDOWN according to the comments I have read, so it does not work with STORY or LIFELINE?
If the answer is yes, why has anyone created versions of these mods for STORY and LIFELINE?
Can not find a folder named content management can you show us an example of your path c:programfiles/steam/game (this is just as an example since we may have to create a folder somewhere).
