i tried it in lifeline last night, and it worked as it should, with the notable exception that sieges dont end, so the game cant progress. its limited to just one file so I'm tinkering with it to get it to work. shouldnt be TOO difficult.
I wanted To know for my safety saved game, if this is not gonna ruined my specialization and if this mod is compatible w/ Melee AND Ranged Weapon Specializations Mod, I wanted to know if my fire weapon and melee weapon skill would stay as the main level as they were when i replace with this mod, I consider this much better so I'm thinking this is more fun..just asking for my game saved safety... Thanks in Advance
Any foreseeable problems to expect if I just put the files into the /class3/rts folder, to get the mod into the story mode? I already did this, actualy, the stats page got the changes, new specializations, wits got notably recalculated and all. Just wondering if some aspects might show up but not actually work.
I'd LOVE it if you could do this for the assault rifle too... i mean the recoil and accuracy are redicilious, maybe at lvl 7 +40% accuracy and -30% recoil... i know its much, but using an assault rifle at automatic mode isnt usefull now, even burst isnt worth it... hope your still working on this! btw, great mod! endorsed
I have a bigger mod that started with this file. I am going to rework all of the gun specializations in my next update. http://www.nexusmods.com/stateofdecay/mods/41/? Uploading your request now. I just cut the top tier from 1 to 0.5 for both spread and recoil. I didn't test it so I leave that up to you. Any changes you want let me know.
Do I need to start breakdown over again, or will the dual spec options only become available for a character that hasn't already specialized in something?
Thanks for the mod, i appreciate it a lot. I'm learning how to edit the game files with it, and i think i spotted an error. In pistol mastery specialisation, the accuracy bonus line has a mispell : <EffectGunSpread GunExpertiseId="Rifle Basic" /> where it should be (i guess) : <EffectGunSpread GunExpertiseId="Pistol Basic" /> Hope it helps.
Side note : I didn't find the "stopping power" bonuses of the revolver, is this hardcoded, missing or else?

Is there any hope of seeing this added to the original SoD campaign?
