    i can't get it to work for some reason i tried manual and outfit manager but it still wont work. any ideas?

    good mod, but for some reason the pants dont have the imperial colours for me

      Yeah, wish some of these outfit mods would just choose default option.  Wonderful mod, but it's silly to have to progress most of the way to use them.  Well into my second run and didn't know to unlock >_<  Excellent mod though/looks fantastic

    Why isn't it supposed to be placed in a made folder named ~mods?  Works fine if done here.  Just curious
