the beard one works but it is in default color, how do i change the color of the beard ? because the cal customizer dosen't work

Place it straight into Paks, if you have a mods folder, do not place it there.

Question, do I just need to add the brown hair pak from cal customizer for it to work or is there more?

  No need, unless you get the hair, or beard, those ones need the brown hair for it to be brown.
