The model itself is from Force Unleashed, and said model was uploaded by SooperSnell. You would have to go to SooperSnell's mod page and see as it's his thing. I dont know much about modelling.
Love it. But I did notice that you seem to have missed a couple spots around the waist area, front and back, underneath the wrappings the robe is still gray. You can see it easily enough in your screenshots though, admittedly, I didn't notice it until I was in the game. Other than that small gripe it's absolutely fantastic and I will definitely be using it.
For anyone saying it does not show up despite having both the original version AND the crude leather version installed, make sure to load the crude leather version AFTER the original version. I had to manually rename the files in the game's directory because the load order in Vortex did not correctly load the mods correctly.

The pak is set to be as the original-default Cal outfit (on top of his blue Prologue outfit) and cannot be changed to his alternative options
