Since you figured out how to edit the blade,do you think its possible to edit the length of the blade? I really, REALLY want a SHORTER blade! LIKE A 'Shoto' Lightsaber, similar length to a short sword or long dagger!
I have tried many things, including changing shape.. But the model is weird, it's unconventional and any changes to it are breaking it.. I was lucky with adding subtle geometry for it not to break. Other modders have looked into this but didn't succeed.
as the other guy said, that may not be possible, and even so it'd make all the animations look weird as hell since the hitboxes would be much longer than the blade
maybe its possible to somehow decrease the distance at which the player character is able to attack an enemy. That way you can make the blade shorter and realistic
Is it possible to tweak this so it works better with mods that make the lightsaber core black? Like the one that changes the yellow to a black one. I tried using both but it was kind of a mess. I figure it would look better if I could just invert it's colors to have black instead of white all over.
