Aw, well, your mod would be kind of made for me if it didn't freeze the game in the meditation circle every time. What a pity.
Edit: Yo c0rn3l, I've decided it's worth fighting for your mod, lol. If you start a new playtrough and use the meditation circle or die for the first time, then active images appear informing you what to do next and de facto, they freeze my game with your mod on board. So, I reached Bogano with your mod, used the circle and died without it, saved game and then reinstalled it. It works flawlessly and that's great.
Edit: Well, well, well. It's exceed all expectations. I mean countless completely new and unexpected emotions related to, for example, the removed health and power bars (high explosive shell for me). I do like work of yours for this reason alone. Thanks a lot.
Was about to give up on this Mod for the same issue until i seen your post thanks for this did same as you and its working fine now playing as Ahsoka with no HUD Hide Cal Voice and Hide Bd is so Epic
It seems the freeze problem is due to the mod having been made for an older version. Sorry, I haven't had the time to work on it lately. I will be updating this mod soon.
Sure. Extract the mod and remove everything except for the UI/HUD folder (I think... can't remember. Maybe some other stuff too, but it will be all pretty clear by their file names)
Hey cOrn3L , GREAT MOD man.!!! but can you help with this, I have to unpack the PAK and repack only the UI folder to only use the HUD part of your mod??
I can't really recommend this mod in its current state, despite the solution found by @FrangoestoOz to avoid the pop-up problem, the first time you die and use meditation.
The mod starts off very well, the music changes to one more in line with Star Wars (no more Mongolian group), the soldiers are different, their weapons, the inquisitor's armor, the texture of Greeser Cal (another mod, with a beard and dark hair), I like all that.
The idea of removing so much information that appears on the screen is good, but the mod can only be interesting for those who have already finished the game 100% and want a different second or third time. This is my case, but even so, playing at maximum difficulty and looking for a greater challenge ...
- the animation and the colors of the Bogano Boglins are wrong, they stay still and without moving in the middle of the meadow until they go underground as they are. - when removing the color of the enemy's special attack, which cannot be blocked, you rely on sound and experience to anticipate that attack, but again, when playing on maximum difficulty ... - BD-1 stands in front of the areas to be scanned, which give information and experience in the game, but if it was difficult to see them before, now it is impossible. - There are no boxes, none, well ... I already have them all, but neither are the boxes that contain the increases of the BD-1 canisters, so your healing vials are minimal. And this is the point that remains for me. No healing, no extra Force ...
I think the mod has a very good intention, a very good idea, but since August it has not received an update from its author. It should be divided into several packs that those of us who want to play it can choose what to use and what not to use.
Yes, it indeed seems the mod needs updating. It worked fine with earlier versions of the game (the boglings for example should not be there at all anymore) but I have unfortunately had to deal with real-life problems and had no time (nor inclination) to work on this mod. I have solved my issues and now I can get back to modding. Thank you for taking the time to point out the current issues!
Any way to fix the freezing at the save points ? Had a temporary fix when I deleted the mod and reinstalled it but when I turned off the game and went to play the next day it was back to freezing at the save medallions. It's a shame because this mod makes the game play so immersive, hopefully this can be fixed at some point ?
I was curious if you could reformat your description page with a comprehensive list of everything this modpack does? Rather than having to read through a big paragraph. Just a tiny nitpick. Have nice day :)
That would have been better, I agree. But to tell you the truth: I'm a little chaotic in that sense. I simply don't remember all the changes. You see, the way I work is: I start playing the game, until I see something I don't like, then I change that, but on the way I find references to stuff that I know I don't like either, so I grab the opportunity and change that also, all the time working with trial and error: make a change, fire up the game, see the effects of the change, undo unwanted changes, retry... In the end the game is the way I like it (very personal) but I am not a tech or coding pro who controls all work and published them in an orderly fashion with versions and subversions and bug tracking and changelogs...

When I have updated this mod, I will also upload the unpacked files.

Now you can make your own mod :)

Well, at least you're self-aware.
