It seems I'm the only person with this problem, so I'll just leave it here instead of filing a bug repot in case someone has any idea how to solve the problem.
I'm trying to play the mod with the Instant Action Overhaul XL Alpha. It works perfectly for my player character, but for the AI bots the new appearances appear as dissenbodied hands and head. I've tried the invisibility fix, reinstalling everything, changing load order... Nothing works. I have to end up not using the mod, but it's such a shame because I love the new appearances. Any ideas?
I love Mistyvail's Rebel Alliance and unfortunately the mod isn't compatible with this which I also love. Would it be possible to release another version of this mod that doesn't change any of the rebel skins?

I've been trying to use the mod but it's not working. It downloads, but then i cant extract it or move it out the zip in any way. I'm using Frosty for mods. Can anyone help?
The mod is great except I seem to be having a problem with mixing skins. Certain stormtroopers are showing up invisible. The menu says there are 18 imperial assault and 37 rebel officer skins but I can only see 16 and 35 respectively with the symbol for unviewed unlocks constantly on.

Reading the description, I presume this mod is not multiplayer safe unless on private servers yeah? (If so does this also apply to your hero appearances mod as well?)
Just curious, and hoping I'm just not misreading/misinterpreting anything.
