I just cut the transition times in half for the sabers. Shortening individual animations is a lot more complex, you have to go through and cut the length of like 210 frames in the channel controllers individually, and reduce the length of the overall animation as well.
I've been trying to replicate and so far am not seeing any changes even when I set the length for all a character's Transitions to 1. Is there something else that needs to be changed in "subjects" or elsewhere? This is such a cool technique I definitely want to learn how to do it.
What file is it exactly? Like, say I wanted to edit Grievous' attack animations to make them feel less janky since alot of his transitions feel needlessly sluggish and such. Where would I do that? lol
Also, what file do you edit to extend the range of the force powers? I've been curious about that. I know how to edit their damage, but not their range.

Please could you make it compatible with IAO because I usually do different times of war with skins and all that, and I would like to make one of the old republic in heroes and villains and this mod is very great for that but when I use it the AI does not appear.
Did you encounter saber swings having no sound when making the blaster heroes sabers, as ive got one made. the only problem is no saber sound. I appreciate all the help youve given me!
