      No, its not online and any mod like this will get you banned the moment you join a mode online.

      No, you would get banned for cheating if the game doesn't even put an error or something like that not letting you join a multiplayer game.

      Extract it so it's not a zip file and then frosty will make you open the file. Just double click on the fbmod file then you should be good. Sorry if this doesn't work.
