Depressing that Vapedeathsticks took down all their BF2 mods including the classic hud.
EDIT: Nevermind, I actually got permission from Vape to share the mod myself. I also might do a few minor updates to it. lol. I DM'd them not expecting a response or for them to say "Sorry, I deleted it awhile ago." and essentially got the opposite.
Love this mod mate, but I was just wondering if you could remove the r and mouse button when reloading the weapons? Bit of an odd hatred of them and would fit the theme of this mod as well?
Can you add me on discord I made an ability button remover and I want to see if it works the same as yours. My modified files are slightly different than yours. High Elf Archer#4888
Sure, just added you. Frosty Mod Manager's description tab showed me exactly which files BryceBAM modified in the original mod, although I wasn't sure what values were he specifically changed to get his mod working so I had to play around with it for a while in Frosty Editor.
What ended up working for my mod was unchecking Object/Visible and Object/Layers/[0]/Visible in the "AbilityButtonMapping" file. I did the same in the "BobaFettAbilitiesWidget" since BryceBam also modified that file in the original mod. I played around with Anakin's widget file as well, but it ended up hiding his Retribution ability entirely. You could still use Retribution if it was charged up, you just wouldn't be able to tell if it was ready or not because unchecking those values in his widget file just hid that ability from appearing in the UI at all.
I can add the project file to the optional downloads if anyone wants to check it out for themselves.
