Wow! I didn't know other modders were also working on their own Malak mod. It's cool that this replaces another character so people can try them both out.
Is there a reason why people are trolling in the comments section here? Not really involved in the modding community much but this just looks like coordinated harassment to me.
EDIT: Looks like Deggial blocked me from downloading his mods for commenting similarly on his Malak mod...
Spammy comments that have nothing to do with the mod or the modder? Don't know what the beef is but I don't see anything really justifying this behavior.
If you pay attention over time, you'll also notice that it's often the same people dogpiling on others in a trolling and/or harrassing way. But they think they're the archsaints of the universe, so that probably won't change anytime soon.
I for one think both the Malak mods have merits and both creators should be proud. Modding isn't a zero-sum game.
Yeah I'm starting to notice a lot of the same names in the BF2 nexus comment sections consistently acting like this - says a lot about people when they and their goon squad of friends act like they're doing nothing wrong flooding the comment section like this when anyone normal looking from the outside thinks it's mass harassment.
From what I've seen here, it doesn't seem like that welcoming or warm of a community, so it's not surprising modding for this game hasn't really taken off. If it had, I doubt people would react this way to two different modders releasing similar mods.
I just wanted to say Claymaver I like that you always rush things out so we get lots of content. It might not be great quality but I appreciate that you push things through constantly so we have lots of mods to choose from. And if I want mods that have quality, I can go to any other modder. keep doing what youre doing because not many other people are and thank you
I dont know that much about modding, but the Malek that came out yesterday i already made a personal mod for to have him use Dooku's animations, so this is kickass man! And If you wanted to do more old republic characters you should do Bao-Dur or Canderous cause theyre cool as hell and you'd probably have some badass stuff for them
