This mod modifies the text so it won't work with newer text mods, and it may not work in newer Frosty versions. The mod creator will have to remove or modify the text edits in order for this to work properly.
Hey! It seems that even though I downloaded the vanilla file for this mod the hood and capes for Kylo ren are still bugged as if it was the regular download. Is there a fix to this?
Just have to say; This is such an impressive Mod, man! So cool, and a phenomenal sculpt of Ray Park in the new Maul make-up. Love it.
No worries if not either, I get these things are a lot of work but; Are there any plans to include a version of this to replace the "Old Master" Appearance instead? It'd be so cool to be able to use both this and the Mandalore Maul at the the same time.
But again, not a knock on the Mod as-is, because it's absolutely awesome! Great work!
I still plan on implementing that, and thank you for the generous comments, its just at the moment my plate is alittle full, but i want to have it done by the end of February at least, hopefully.
If it helps for implementing it, for now I have "Mandalore Maul Redux" and this installed, and using "Default Skin Flipper" Add-On for it means I have Mandalore Maul over the "Sith Apprentice" slot and your Crimson Dawn Maul over "Old Master". I'm using the "Hood Up - Replacer" version, so his Portrait is Hooded, but in-game and on the Appearance Screen he shows up as "No Cape, No Hood". I don't mind since it makes it look like he shrugs his cape off before a fight and it's a fun combo of UI Text and images, but I thought I'd say incase it helps with problem solving or anything!
Might depend on if anything conflicts, but if it helps I installed/imported "Crimson Dawn Maul" first, then the "Default Skin Flipper" Addon included in the files for "Mandalore Maul - Redux", and then I installed the main Mandalore file! Seemed to work okay that way. And as a bonus, if you combine it with "Screen Accurate Sabers" both of Maul's lightsabers are different hues of red, which I quite like.
My actual Load Order on Frosty too is: - Mandalore Maul - Redux - Crimson Dawn Maul - Default Skin Flipper
And the cape and hood won't load, but depending on whether you have Hooded, Hood Down or No Cape ticked it'll change Maul's Portrait to match that version.
no not at all, maybe back in the day when the game was live and in older updates. I play with it Online all the time, you have nothing to worry about :)
I changed nothing with obi wan, it most likely has to do with some sort of compatabilty issue. Maybe those mods change something with the text edits? Otherwise there should be no other reason not to work with other mods. Try re-ordering them in your Mod Manager maybe?
