Yes? Hell, I had to be told how it worked because for some reason when I first downloaded it, it only worked if I used it with Frosty Fix... but now it works without it for some reason?
Either way though the answer is you open it before booting the game through frosty mod manager. That's it. Or atleast that's how it's SUPPOSED to work. Assuming you don't get the weird issue I did. And then have it suddenly go away. lol
