It's a Russian mod. Hard to find. Is called First Person for Heroes and Reinforcements. With an "Almost First Person Heros and Reinforcements" add on. I have it (got it here. Has since been taken down).

Any chance we can get this camera for the blaster heroes? It doesnt seem to work for them. Also, this camera for every class would be awesome! Great mod.
It looks amazing but probably not smart to use in multiplayer. It provides an advantage by giving you a higher field of view then the in game system gives. Be careful yall!
