You can fix this yourself, if you want. Modding is fun =)
Using the Frosty Editor, you would want to search for the GP_Hero_Leia_AP file as the one to edit. That should be the AI (AutoPlayer) version of Leia's ability set. Look up Claymaver2000 on Youtube for how to swap hero abilities. Following the tutorial, you'd just find the ability you want to swap and then pick the one to swap it to - essentially, redoing what dunno did but for the AI.
* Leia's pistol you'd replace with Ability_Pistol_Officer_Default (I think that's how dunno worked it, which may explain why Nien uses different guns in Arcade. It uses whatever the default is relative to the map/era you're on. Outside of Arcade, she's only avail on OT maps, so the default being DH17 you wouldn't notice this issue.) -- Alternate fix I'm pretty sure would be to edit the Ability_Pistol_Defender_Leia file and change the Unlock from U_Pistol_Defender_Leia and replace it with U_Pistol_DH17.) * Her detonators you'd replace with Ability_HanSolo_DemolitionGrenade * E11 you'd replace with Ability_Iden_Pulse_Cannon * Bubble Shield you'd replace with DefaultAbility_Officer_BlasterTurret * You'd want to click X at the end of the Defender_Altfire, just so he doesn't have her alt fire shot
Export and load that after the Nien mod, and that will give the AI the same abilities & gun.
If you're feeling saucy, you can fix the Melee issue where it stops working after you toss your first grenade. You'd have to edit the main GP_Hero_Leia and make those same changes but also remove the Ability_Leia_ThermalDetonators_Fake item. Leaving that on seem to bug out and keeps you from being able to melee anymore. You can even change her starcards and switch a couple for Han's grenade ones, or Iden's pulse one, while you're there - if you want.
While you're at it, I would suggest editing the BlasterProjectile_Default_LongRange and changing the damages. I think dunno buffed it accidentally, so the AI Specialists do like 100-150 damage a shot. Change the StartDamage and EndDamage by 1 (I think it's 45, so change them to 46). That should set them back to basically normal. If you want to buff the pulse cannon, there are a PulseCannonProjectile_Iden and PulseCannonProjectile_Iden_NoZoom files you can change the damages on.
HUGE props to dunno for all his work on this! Hopefully, he'll have some time one day to make these adjustments himself but it's a great mod nonetheless.
Okay, I found a small bug or two. Once you use Han's grenade, he can no longer use Melee. It works fine before, and he does Han's animation. As soon as you toss a grenade, Melee stops working. Persists after detonation and until he dies.
When I use Nien in IA, he's using the DH17. When I try him in Arcade, he's using the modded DT12 from Greedo (when I have that mod installed) or uses the RK-3 when I don't.
Side question - would Star Cards for the original hero's abilities work (Pulse Cannon Mastery, Air Burst/Big Bang) if they were added to Leia's kit? Do you have any plans on adding those for any of the heroes you're working on?
Another question - would it be possible to take the Turret off of the Officer's kit, so the AI can't use it, and then buff the fire rate and/or damage on it? I figure it shouldn't be a big deal if the AI Officer doesn't use it (since I think it's usually just randomly used) but could use a buff for Nien. I don't think it's terribly useful as it is.
Heads up guys, Instant Action Improvement 1.21 mod causes a glitch where Nien Nuub is mostly invisible except for his pistol if Pilot Luke skin mod loaded as well!
great mod but found an issue when playing clone wars era instant action when i saw obi wan running around with part of nien nunb's mesh sticking though and when i played hoth instant action it happened again when i was playing as nien nunb obi wan's mesh was sticking through?
I'm having some issues with Nien Numb. The ai Nien Numbs over Leia still use her abilities and not his own, and also turns back to Leia when she uses her princess skin. Also can you tell us when Krennic is being released? Thank you.
