If the color of Blaster shots would also become blue, it would be super and correct, because according to the Canon of the Republic, all weapons should have blue shots, but unfortunately no one has made such mods yet.

This will change it to blue, if the blue tank skin doesn't show up, switch the order of the 2 mods in Frosty Mod Manager.
