Tweaked cape to stop clipping with skirt.

Gave Vader a new tunic that is more like the one he wears in Rogue One. Cape and Tunic also darkened a bit. Should look much less gray in bright environments now. Also changes the color of Vader's lights and improves the color of Vader's lightsaber hilt.

Updated for The Battle of Scarif Update. Made some tweaks to the cape. Changed the Portrait as well.
