Depends on the character: - For characters with an audio file dedicated to death screams, you just find that one and import your new audio over it. - For characters that don't have a dedicated audio file for death screams, like Ol' Master Yoda here, I imported the new audio over the death foley (which normally is the faint sound of clothing as the character falls).
For general audio importing, you'd best just search up a tutorial on YouTube.
Easily the best mod I've come across on the nexus and I've done some modding for a lot of games. This man deserves a medal for even thinking about this.
Due to the way I made this mod - which, as far as I know, is the only way to make it without the mod affecting the death music or his normal non-death grunts - the sound is rather quiet.
Any attempt I have made to make it louder has crashed the game, so unless I can find a way to make it louder, it will stay this way... sadly :/

Every hero death?
Every character death (so like infantry troopers too)?
Anyways, I use Audacity for preparing the audio and then Dandev's audio import tool to get the prepared audio into Frosty.
