Description As of 09 July 2018 - 11:43AM:
This mod changes Darth Vader to Emperor Palpatine. This mod also changes some of the skills. It allows Vader (or Palpatine now) to use the Palpatine chain lighting ability, along with 2 of Darth Maul's abilities.
