It's really kind of surreal taking those screenshots and seeing him look dead on like Hayden Christensen, I don't know how you're able to make characters look so close to the real actors but the quality is amazing.
In my experience, the modelling work by DICE for Anakin is extremely good, which definitely helps and they should have full credit for that. It is in the texturing department, however, that their work has some notable differences to Hayden, and despite what DICE has said, I still believe they went for a Hayden/Lanter hybrid. At that point, improving it mostly came down to identifying what was wrong and fixing that. A big part of that was changing the eye textures too, since the default eye texture that's used for most characters doesn't look like Hayden's eyes. Luckily, Anakin and young Han have a unique eye texture that's not shared with the other characters, so that allowed me to edit it.
Technically there is a way, though it's not an ideal solution. I can make an optional file that makes sure the sleeves are only on Anakin. I'll include it the next time I update this mod... whenever that may be :(
The issue is that the textures are shared across Obi-Wan, Anakin and Luke. So I can't simply edit the textures for one character and not have it affect the other characters. Like I said, there are ways around it, but they are not ideal.
Wait, let me guess. It's going to be like the Mace Windu mod, you're going to make the sleeves part of the mesh aren't you?
Could work, though I guess there would be some clipping here and there. But I guess that would be the price to pay for not messing with Luke's Farmboy outfit.
Or having both Obi and Ani share the same sleeves.
What version of Frosty Mod Manager do you use? What does the message say? Do you get this issue when you use only this mod? Do you get this issue when you use other mods (but not this one)?

Im using it with other mods but none that affect Anakin Skywalker. I have not tried it alone

I downloaded the mod (version 1.9) when I press Start on the Frosty Mod Manager I get a message and can't start the game.
