You'd think so, but they never fixed them. Guess they either weren't aware of the issues, or they weren't high enough on their priority list before they stopped development.
I think it does not matter, as the files don't conflict. The main file edits the Ambient Occlusion texture for the Yavin Ceremony skin, whereas the other file only edits the colour texture of the skin.
They both fix the AO issue of the Yavin skin, so using both creates that conflict, which is OK as they override each other with the exact same texture.
