I mean, I could, but someone has already made something similar. https://www.nexusmods.com/starwarsbattlefront22017/mods/10415?tab=description
It even has custom SVG Icons for the abilities and what not, something that I can't do. If you really want me to I will but it might be better if you use the mod I linked instead.
Have you extracted them with a program like 7zip or WinRAR? And are you using the latest version of Frosty? I'm assuming there's no problem with downloading them.
So first of all, you'll be needing a program called OpenGameCamera. It let's you freely move the camera during gameplay, freeze the game for just the right photo that sort of thing.
Once you've taken the pictures you want you'll then need a program like GIMP to resize the images to the appropriate size (448x560 and 112x140) since there are two sizes for the card images (if you use GIMP make sure you 'unhook' the size when your resizing your image, otherwise it'll automatically change the values, if that makes sense).
Lastly you'll need Frosty Editor to import your images over the vanilla star card images. I'd also suggest you save your project as you go, just in case anything goes wrong.
If that was confusing I apologize, I'm not great at teaching people stuff. Alternatively you could watch this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QS4HLZIRMCY&list=WL&index=7
It's what I used to learn how to make custom star card images. I don't recall if it mentions OpenGameCamera or not but you will need that to take the photos.
The video is for portraits but the principal still applies, as is stated in the video itself. As for where the Card Images are, it's UI-Bitmaps-Frontend-Cards-Card_Images-Characters. Anakin, Obi-Wan, Grievous and Dooku however are in S5 for Grievous, S5_1 for Obi-Wan, S6 for Dooku, and S6_1 for Anakin. Does that help?
