Fixed Card Refresh powerup issue and removed a couple potential conflicts with other files.

Mod increases Skirmish AT-AT health by 50% for a much better balance. Twilight on Hoth the exception
A nice compliment to other offline mods.
Conflicts with my original offline cheat mod (the archived one). No issue with current file.
