Offline cheat mods that are compatible with more current versions of Frosty.

Noticed that most existing cheat mods out there were not compatible with current versions of Frosty, so I posted this.
Offline only. This mod makes offline modes easier (and higher difficulties funner) by changing star card traits and powerups, etc.
Most Asset cards now have a cooldown of only 5 seconds.
Most Charge cards now have a duration of 12 seconds. Player starts out with 9 charges instead of just 5.
Power-ups now provide the player with 3 items instead of just 1. Have fun spamming the thermal imploder.
Heroes are also affected in various ways. The flying Emperor is back !!!
