You need BepInEx 5.4.21 (x86) installed. Instructions here.
Drop files in your BepInEx folder, typically found in C:\Program
Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Valor\BepInEx
Use F7 in the main menu or game to open the menu. If you change the settings in the game, you need to return to the main menu and load the game.

Skill Points + 1
Passenger Space * 5

Drop Rare Items from asteroids. (Drop Chance from 1 to 0.001)

Show All Ships - you can buy any ship at any station.
Show All Faction Ships - shows all ships but adjusted for station faction.
