Hello there, i downloaded the file and installed it just like you said and it won't work. I tryed both on Discovery character and on Default Federation character, might be due to recent updates.
The Disco Warp in/out sounds are separate files from the vanilla ones being replaced in this mod pack. One would have to make a mod pack to replace those sounds specifically.
Hello there. I would like to report that since the Patch of 09/05/2023, the warp-out SFX are not working as usual. The charge up of the warp engines are missing. The "whoooosh" at the end is still audible but the start-up is no longer active. Warping-In seems fine.
I have been told that you may be aware of the issue. I have uninstalled the mod and reinstalled to test and it has not functionned.
I love this mod! Much better then the normal sound effect.
If I may have a request... could you make a mod like this, but instead of the Kelvin SFX, it would use the SFX from Picard? I can provide high quality, clean versions of both the ''Warp in'' and ''Warp out'' sound effects.
If you can link me the sound effects I'll give it a shot. In an effort to make this mods effects larger went and found some guides on doing audio mods so I can give it a try.
This is good stuff, but please please please make this replace the Disco era sounds and not the generic TNG stuff. It does not fit this so well and is an obvious shoe in for the Disco recruits.
