About this mod
This mod changes the prolonged engagement torpedo sound from TNG sound to TMP sound.
You need to drop this file into the Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata\sound\win32 folder like with other sound mods here.
WARNING: this mod may also change the dark matter torp (not spread) sound to kelvin

This mod changes the prolonged engagement torpedo sound from TNG sound to TMP sound.
The torp spread is unfortunately still buried somewhere in the badly named code and is still the normal TNG sound.
But when a normal torp fires off, it will be the sonic boom and scream from the TMP torps.
so at least you won't get tired of it.
This was a difficult one to make work and it suddenly started working today so I'm sharing the file.
Feel free to tinker and fix and adjust as you see it.
