Ugh... Ok the CRT Effects aren't THAT crazy, as show in the image. When compressing the image so it's small enough for Nexus Mods, it made the CRT Effects look insane for the screenshot. Not too much I can do about that. Just know that's not an accurate representation of how it looks in the game itself.
EDIT: Yes. That's a screenshot of the game in Images. Not me taking a picture of my CRT screen with a camera.
