Removes all tracers from all weapons excluding the E-Pulse 44's Boosted ability tracer.
This is designed for 1.8.0's vanilla troopers. If new weapons come out in the future, this may not affect those ones.

How to Install:
- The .modpack file included in this mod requires Federal Unit Manager to install.
- With FUM, place the .modpack file in FUM_Data/Mods
- If Mods folder does not exist, FUM will create it for you on launch or you can make it yourself and place the mod in there.
- Once in FUM, click Instal Modpack on the left side and select the mod.
-Once installed, press "Save All Files".
